Without you to entertain me at night, (and perhaps laugh at me), where would I be today? From our mutual passion for White Ninja, to our talks filled with blatant sexual undertones, to our crazy bio nights, this year has definitely been a wild ride.

| prolly should be in bed by now...but just watched sex and the city...and here's what's still hanging in my head:
after seeing Mr. Big 5 months after their breakup, Carrie says:
"In mathematics we learned that x stands for the unknown; a + b = x. But what's really unknown is, what + what = friendship with an ex. Is this an unsolvable equation? Or is it possible to transform a once passionate love into something that fits nice and easily onto the friendship shelf? Can you ever be friends with an ex?"
...and then in the end, Carrie comes to this conclusion: "Try to be friendly with an ex and you wind up knee-deep in shit."

on another note, i hope everyone is having an enjoyable break so far. oh and btw, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
i tried to call so many of you last night, wanting to say happy new year. but i guess the lines were jammed coz apparently the network was busy. oh well, i ended up getting through to most of you anyway! hope you all had a fun new year's eve!
